  • You may look at this google form. Feel free to copy and edit to your liking.
  • As VPE, you may share this gSheet (as view only) to all members of the club. The evaluator for the day may then look at the speech details without the VPE needing to send emails to both sides. Of course, the VPE may still have to coordinate post session evaluation form exchange, but that is one less task done. See sample google sheet.
